At the moment, we are not offering in store shopping. It will be picking up only after you put an order through our website or the products will get shipped to you if you select shipping at check out. 

If you order before 12PM weekday, we do our best to have your order dispatched the next business day. 

 We use a few different Australian couriers companies. 

The product should arrive at our base within 5-10 business days. You can pick up after that or It will get dispatched to you f that is the option you choose at checkout. 

We are retail business. We source our products from oversea and around Australia.

Packaging and postage - This is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase according to weight and volume of the product packaging.

Incorrect or missing items 

If you have received an incorrect item or an item was missing, please contact us. 

Damaged 

If the goods are delivered to you and they are damaged or faulty, we require photographs of each item to assist us in processing your claim. You need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the products with proof of purchase.
